What will the shipping charges be for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the
number of buttons in your order, as follows:

Note that the bigger the order is, the more
reasonable the shipping charges are. A two-dollar order has the same
shipping charge as a nine-dollar order...why not get your money's
worth?

How big are your pins?
All the pins on this site are one inch (25mm) in diameter.
Larger 1.25" (32mm) and 1.5" (38mm) buttons are also available for custom orders. You can get an idea of the relative sizes on my custom pin page.
What kind of discounts are there for larger
orders?

I wrote you an email but you never wrote back! Why, oh, why?
What was the subject of the email? I get a heck of a lot of spam these days, and the messages often have subjects like "Question for you" or "Rush order?" or similar generic subject lines. I do open some of them, but usually err on the side of caution. If you want to be sure I'll open your mail, please use a word relevant to the products I sell here somewhere in your subject line. I can think of at least two that would work pretty well; can you?
And sales tax? What of sales tax?
7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped
to New Jersey. I'm sure they will spend it sensibly. Cough.
What's your privacy policy?
I probably hate spam
more than you do. I will never share any of your information with
anybody. Free "Die Spammers Die" button with any order; just request it in the comments field.
Pins, buttons, badges, pinbacks; what's the difference?
There isn't one. I'm just trying to be inclusive. Call them what you will.
How do you pronounce arteto?
Personally, I pronounce it to rhyme with "bart ghetto". But you don't have to. Some people make it rhyme with "smart plato", since it is an Esperanto word, though you don't have to do that either. You can say it any way you want!
Who or what is or are Jeanette and Giuseppe?
